The actual check for a check voucher printed from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) remains at the top. One customization option available for a check voucher is to include account names. Here's how:
- Go to the Edit menu, then select Preferences.
- Click Checking, then move to the Company Preferences tab.
- Tap Print account names on voucher, then hit OK.
