My problem with QBO is it defaulting to saving the invoice as a pdf instead of showing the invoice to print.  This just started in the last week.  I did not change any settings. 

Why is it that all supposed CS reps recommend clearing the Cache?  That has never worked for any problem with a program.

Where are the setting in QBO to change the default setting from pdf to print?
