1. Open each list of names.
2. Note: For all the lists, make sure to show all the active and inactive accounts and names to avoid the error in the future.
3. Find the non-printable name. Right-click on it, then click Edit from the options.
4. Choose and remove the non-printable character.
5. Hit OK.
6. Repeat steps for other lists of names.
