You can remove this alert by voiding or deleting the invoice and then create a new one.
Here's how:
- Go to Sales and select Invoices.
- Find the invoice(s) that has the needs attention alert.
- From the Action column click the dropdown menu, select Void or Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm.
