Buy nowI've been having the same problem. I can open QBO in private mode, clear the cache, etc., and the behavior persists. It not only occurs during "receiving payments" for invoices, but has also been happening for some other function that I can't remember at the moment - so I'll focus on the former.
It happened initially in Chrome. Once I read this advice, I cleared the cache, and reloaded the page. No change. I went into privacy mode (again, in Chrome). No change. I opened QBO MS Edge. No difference. I did the same in Firefox. No difference.
I think there's something beyond our browser behaviors.
