If the other option is not available for you, you can try the other steps in applying credits to an invoice in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
Here's how:
- Go to Customers.
- Select Receive Payments.
- Choose the customer on the Customer:Job ▼ dropdown.
- Click on the Apply Existing Credits? checkbox.
- Hit Save.
