Yes, there is, @goodblackdogs.

You can go to the Add/Edit Multiple Items features and filter your re-order list by your preferred supplier. I'd be glad to guide you how:

  1. Go to the List menu in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and select Item List.
  2. Scroll down towards the Item drop-down menu, and choose Add/Edit Multiple Items. 2.PNG

  3. In the Add/Edit Multiple Items screen, select Inventory Parts from the List drop-down menu.
  4. Then click the Customize Columns button
  5. From the Available Columns field, select Preferred Vendor.
  6. Click the Add button to transfer the columns to Chosen Columns field then click OK2.PNG
  7. Go to the Preferred Vendor column, copy (Ctrl+C) the name of your supplier, and paste (Ctrl+V) it in the Find field then click the Magnifying icon. 2.PNG

Additionally, utilize this link for future guidance in efficiently tracking your inventories quantities: Adjust your inventory quantity or value in QuickBooks Desktop.

You can always count on me whenever you have other queries about reordering your inventories. I'm always here ready to lend a helping hand. Take care!
