The QBO Feature Request website has MANY requests for this feature! Be sure to login and vote for these feature requests. 

1. Ability to Pay Remaining/Outstanding Balance (2090)
2. Allow payment for multiple invoices as once. ONE payment, multiple invoices. (104)
3. Allowing to see outstanding balance (30)
4. Display and allow payment of total balance due - not just this invoice (17)
5. Allow partial payments and/or multiple combined methods to make payment (9)
6. Include the payment options for merchant payment on the statements in addition to the invoice. (8)
7. Be able to pay from a statement (6)
8. Ability for Customer to pay multiple invoices from a STATEMENT or Login (5)
9. Apply a payment to the balance of the account. Not the “invoice” that you happen to click on. (3)
10. put the f...ing link for cc payment on the statement (2)
11. add a payment link with the statement email. (2)
12. combine all outstanding balance into one payment (1)
