I'd be glad to answer this query for you. Yes, there's an option to customize the A/R Aging Summary report from a specific day and over in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

All you have to do is filter the report's Report period, Days per aging period, and Number of periods. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to Reports and open the A/R Aging Summary report. 
  2. Filter the Report period, then enter 74 in the Days per again period.
  3. In the Number of periods section, enter 2.
  4. Click Run report

That should do it. Now, you can review your A/R Aging Summary report for 75 days and over.
