The steps provided by my colleague Ryan are for QuickBooks Online. While I'm unable to pull up an account here in the Community Forum, you can take a screenshot of your account. This way, I'll be able to check which QuickBooks plan you have. 

Once you have the file, click the Reply button below, then attach the screenshot.
