I'll walk you through the process of reactivating an inactive contractor in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @idf_8c4e6f40-062.

You can find inactive contractors in the Vendors tab. Follow these steps:

  1. Highlight the Expenses tab.
  2. Select Vendors.
  3. Click the small Gear icon above the Action column.
  4. Tick the Include inactive box.
  5. Tap the Make active link under the Action column.

In case you need to make changes to a contractor's information, keep this article for future reference: Edit Contractor Information.

Tag me in a comment below if you have other questions about contractors in QBO. I'll be around to help you out. Have a pleasant day!
