Buy nowQuickbooks Support - I am INFURIATED to discover our "Attach PDF to Invoice" setting was suddenly removed without our knowledge or consent. I just sent 50 invoices to clients this morning without PDF attachments and now have lots of annoyed clients asking for their copy. I looked all over in the settings for the place where this is and could not find it. Then I found this post from last year and the instructions of where to look and sure enough, the box was suddenly UNCHECKED and it has never been changed by anyone in our company, and only 2 of us and our accountant have access. Then I looked back through the Audit Log and I am also upset to find you do not log what actually changed to settings in the Log, only that there was a change but no details. And that 15 minutes ago, just by clicking around to try to find the place where you set the PDF setting, and not making any changes to anything, you logged those as "changes to settings". WHAT? This is unbelievably bad practice on your part and terrible service for your customers.
