In QuickBooks, you can only pay the bill using Check, Credit Card, Online Bank payment, and Direct Deposit.
If you're paying the vendor by cash, you can write a check instead. Here's how:
- Click Banking.
- Choose Write Checks.
- Fill in the necessary fields.
- Click Save & Close.
