I can share some more insights on how you can get the report you wanted. 

For this, you can use a Sales by Item Detail report. It will show you the list of items sold for each customer. As an overview, this report will group the customers under a certain item.

To do that, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Reports menu and choose Sales.
2. Choose Sales by Item Detail.
3. Tap Customize Report then go to the Columns section.
4. Mark the Item column.
   
5. Tap the Filters tab, scroll down the filters and find Transaction Type.
6. Select a transaction or pick Multiple Transaction Types by marking the boxes next to the transactions you want to see.
   
7. On the same filters page, choose Name then pick the names you want to run. You can also pick only one if you need to see a single customer's purchases.
8. Hit OK.
9. (Optional) Use the Memorized button so you don't need to redo the changes when pulling up the same report. Saved reports are accessed through Reports > Memorized Reports.
