While the feature is not yet available in QuickBooks Desktop, I'd suggest sending a feature request about adding more options when printing a report. You can send it directly to our engineers from your company file. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu, scroll-down to Send Feedback Online, and then click Product Suggestion.
- Enter all required details.
- Click Send Feedback.
Feedback and other feature requests are collected and reviewed for future updates.
