Being able to add QR codes to invoices definitely makes it easier to receive payments from your customers, @charles43.

I've got some details on how to add a QR code to your invoice that I'd like to share with you.

Please make sure to use only one invoice template which is the Ary new so that the QR code will show.

You can follow these steps below to use the Ary new form style for your template:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom form styles then locate the desired template.
  3. On the Action column select Edit.
  4. Choose Change up the template then click select Airy new.

To learn more about how this works in QuickBooks, please refer to this article: Payment links in QuickBooks Online Payments.

Also, allow me to add this article that can guide you through the complete process in case you need to refund your customer in the future: Record a customer refund in QuickBooks Online.

Should you need further assistance adding  QR codes to your invoices in QBO, feel free to post them here in the comment section below. I'm always around here in the Community to address your concerns. Have a good one.
