Let me help you align your checks when printing them.
You can set up your print settings for either standard or voucher checks. Let's make sure that your printer is set up for QuickBooks so your checks align and print out correctly. I'll show you how to use the print setup and align your printer settings.
Before you start, try printing using a blank paper for your test prints. That way you won’t waste actual checks if you need to fix the check alignment.
- Select + New and click Print checks.
- Click Print setup and select your check type, voucher or standard.
- Select View preview and print sample. Then select Print.
- Follow the on-screen steps to finish printing your sample check.
- Put the sample print under an actual blank check and see if they line up correctly.
