I see that exporting transactions with attachments in batches will speed up work. However, we have no other options, but only what Charies_M provided. If exporting transactions is your regular routine for some reason, you can look for a third-party app that offers this service for QuickBooks.
- Click the Apps menu on the left navigation bar.
- Search for something like transaction and attachment exporter, data exporter, or just exporter.
On the other hand, if you want to search for articles or references about QuickBooks Online, just go to the QuickBooks Support page. Then, select the said product and click More topics.
