I'm here to help walk you through viewing and saving your scanned receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
- Go to Sales.
- Choose All Sales.
- Locate the transaction whose attached receipts you want to save a copy.
- Go to the column where you can see a Paper Clip icon.
- Click on the attached receipt to view.
- Right click on the image of your receipts.
- Choose Save image.
Once complete, check the downloaded file in your Downloads folder. You can now transfer the receipt to your thumb drive.
That should do it! This should get you going in keeping a back-up copy of your scanned receipts.
