You can set August 1, 2019, as the earliest in the From field of the date filter in a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account register. If you need to search for transactions older than the date I mentioned above, it's best to run a report instead. I suggest using the Transaction List by Date report.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports tab.
- Type in Transaction List by Date in the search box.
At this point, you can proceed to customize the report, such as changing filters and date ranges.
