Thanks for following this thread, @Chris582. This issue has already been resolved as per checking on out investigation list.

 

Since the issue persists on your end, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can take a closer look at this issue.

 

They can also reopen the case to investigate whenever necessary. Then, they'll add your details to our notification list of affected users and receive updates through email. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with.
  3. Tick Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us.
