I appreciate you taking the time to visit the Community. I want to make sure you're able to print invoices.

 

As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the cache in the internet browser. When the cache is full, it can potentially cause performance errors in QuickBooks Online. Resetting it will allow you to start fresh and resolve issues, such as not being able to print.

 

This article will walk you through the steps of this process depending upon which browser you're using: Clear cache and cookies 

 

If you're still unable to print, this issue may be related to a known issue. The engineers have been made aware and are quickly working to get it fixed. I suggest calling in to speak with a member of the Support Team. An agent will be able to add you to the list of affected users, and you'll then receive email notifications regarding the resolution.
