Hello there, Bradtully.

 

After trying the steps my colleague provided, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Technical Support to have this investigated further. A phone agent has more tools that can help you to check why it's still not accepting your webmail password.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/contact.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop, then choose the Desktop version.
  3. Choose a topic on the Contact Us page.
  4. Click either Get Phone Number or Start a Message
