Hello there, smoore33.

I'd like to help and make sure you can use the QuickZoom feature in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT)

If you have high-resolution monitor, you may need to change your default display settings in QuickBooks. We can perform troubleshooting steps to fix display issues like the one you experienced.

Here's how:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Open the Windows Start menu.
  3. Type an search for "QuickBooks".
  4. Once you see the QuickBooks icon, right-click and select Open file location.
  5. In the folder, right-click the QuickBooks.exe file and click on Properties.
  6. Go to the Compatibility tab.
  7. Select the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings checkbox.
  8. Click on Apply and then OK.

After that, try to open a report just to see if you can now use the quickzoom feature on you monitor 3.

If you're still encountering the same issue, follow the next troubleshooting steps (Step 2 & 3) shown in this article: Fix screen issues in QuickBooks Desktop.

I've also included this link just in case you need to update your QuickBooks to the latest release.

Post your concerns or click the reply button for any follow-up questions about display settings. I'll be in touch. Have a great weekend!
