Hello, kwells111.

I'll lay down some details to help you print your invoices again.

Have you tried doing the workaround provided by LHcause714? If not, you'll want to replace your image files on the invoice with .BMP format. A damage printing component can prevent you from printing or emailing the invoices.

In this case, edit your images in MSPaint or any other software, then save them as .BMP format. Next, replace the existing logos or images using the Customize Data Layout tool:

  1. Go to Lists, then select Templates.
  2. Find and open your template.
  3. Click the Layout Designer button.
  4. Delete the existing images.
  5. Click the Add button, then select Image.
  6. Browse for the .BMP format, then add it to your template.

Also, make sure to replace the logo with the .BMP format if you have it on your template. Click the Select Logo button on the Basic Customization window.

If you don't want to edit your current template, simply create another one. Click the Templates button, then select New.

You can also use the Tool Hub to fix the damaged component. You can check this article for the steps and how to download the latest version: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub
