Thanks for providing us additional details, CepheusSolutions.

You can view old transactions by filtering the date range for the receipts to show on the mobile app.

Here's how to do it if your are using iPhone or iPad:

  1. Go to Sales Receipts section.
  2. Click the Search 🔍 icon.
  3. Below the Search sales receipts field, select the Date link and hit drop-down arrow beside it.
  4. Choose Custom.

Once done, filter the dates to 2020 to see the transactions you're looking for.

If you're using an android phone, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Sales Receipts section.
  2. Select the sort icon (3 dots).
  3. Choose Sort by.
  4. Click the radio button for Date.

I've included this article for more information on how to handle receipts: Capture and categorize expense receipts and bills in QuickBooks Online.

If you've already did those troubleshooting steps and the issue still persists, I suggest contacting our support team to investigate further.

Let me know if you still have questions or clarifications about receipts. I'll keep an eye on your response. Have a nice weekend.
