I know how important for your business to have the Receipts feature up and running again. We’ll have to register your email address again so you can forward receipts and bills.
Here’s how:
- In QBO, go to the Banking menu on the left panel and choose Receipts.
- Choose Forward from email to open the Customize an email address screen.
- From there, key in your personalized email in the Enter a custom email box. It will have @qbodocs.com at the end.
- Review the information and press the Confirm menu.
- Hit Done.
