In this case, I'd recommend sending feedback to our product developers to assess your suggestion. They'll review and evaluate it for future enhancements of the program.
 

These are the steps that will walk you through the process of sending feedback:

1. Open the QuickBooks Desktop program.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Click on the Send Feedback Online and choose Product Suggestion.
4. Fill out the details needed.
5. Then, select Send Feedback.
