The waiting time may vary depending on the number of calls or chats. Rest assured that as soon as there's an available person, they will call you back. To ensure that you'll be assisted on time, please see our support hours

 

I can see that this needs further verification, I'd recommend contacting our Customer support tea, again.  They have the tools to check further about the account.

 

Here how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
