You have the option to enable an auto-fill feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to take care of this issue, @jim52.
Let me show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Account and settings.
- Hit the Advanced tab.
- Look for the Automation section, then click on it.
- Toggle the Pre-fill forms with previous entered content option.
- Press Save, then Done.
