Thank you for getting back to us, @usercherish.

I'm here to help make sure you can search two (2) years of your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When searching for transactions worth two years, you'll need to ensure that the date range entered isn't more than two years. For example, if you filter the date range from 06/17/2019 to 06/17/2021, QuickBooks will prompt you with the error message. You'll want to filter the previous year's date ahead from the date today. Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, click the Magnifying Glass.
  2. Click the Advanced Search option.
  3. Choose Add Filter.
  4. In the Date Filter drop-down, enter the date range from 06/18/2019 to 06/17/2021.
  5. Select Apply.

Once done, you'll be able to see your transactions worth two years. I'm adding this article for more guidance: Search for transactions.

If you want to run reports to review your transactions by customers or vendors, you can check out this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Our doors are always open to help you again if you need more assistance searching for your transactions from previous years. Have a great day ahead.
