The advance search stopped working beyond 2 years for some reason this week. They say that they have an investigation going on Investigation #59794. However, they don't seem to understand why this feature to look up invoices based on description, PO#, etc more than 2 years is essential. They told me to use reports but first of all, we can't search in reports using keywords in description as it's not even an option. And NOT all employees and contractors have access to reports and we do not want to give them access. We pay for multiple users and this is what we get? I don't understand why this feature all of a sudden is now limited to 2 years! Someone in QBO deliberately changed this setting and whoever did that has no business experience or customer service experience.
