Hi there, alchuikov.

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I appreciate the detailed information you've shared on what you've done to get help in fixing your issue. This isn't also the kind of impression that I'd like you to have, and we know how much time it can take when something isn’t working the way you need it. This is why we make great efforts to deliver customer satisfaction at all times. With this, I'll ensure to provide details on how the Search icon works.

The Advanced Search function in QuickBooks will only let you search for two years' worth of data (i.e. transactions from 2019 to 2021). That's the reason it only shows June 2019 entries. Meanwhile, you can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report and customize its Report period with a specific date. This way, you can easily find the transaction you need and manage them accordingly.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Choose Transaction Detail by Account in the search bar.
  3. In the Report period field, set the appropriate date.
  4. Click the Run report button.

For additional information on how you can customize reports and focus on the details that you want to view, you can click this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online

Please refer to this article to view steps on how to get started with Memorized Reports that allows you to save it with its current customization settings: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted on how it goes. I'm just a comment away if you need further assistance in searching your transactions in QBO. Take care and stay safe.
