The Advanced Search function in QuickBooks will only let you search for two years' worth of data (i.e. transactions from 2019 to 2021). That's the reason it only shows June 2019 entries. Meanwhile, you can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report and customize its Report period with a specific date. This way, you can easily find the transaction you need and manage them accordingly.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Choose Transaction Detail by Account in the search bar.
- In the Report period field, set the appropriate date.
- Click the Run report button.
