Hello, 

If you have the QB Online subscription, click the help icon on the top right hand corner. It will give you the options to ask a question, see what you can do, and talk to a human. 

Go ahead and click the last option, then describe the issue when prompted, type I need to speak to human again. 

It will then give you an option to connect with a human. You can chat with them or give your phone number for them to call you.
