Allow me to help you in fixing the date filter.

 

We just need to make sure that you used the Custom option. This allows you to select the date range you prefer.

  1. Click the Magnifying glass icon and select Advanced Search.
  2. Select Add Filter and the Date Filter will show.
  3. From the Date drop-down, select Custom.
  4. Enter the dates and tap Apply.

If you can't find it or it doesn't work on your end, it could be because of the internet junk files. You'll want to use an incognito window and check it from there. Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

You also want to clear the cache and make sure that the browser is up-to-date to fix issues in using QuickBooks Online.
