While we don't have an update yet about the invoice template not working, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. This way, we can add your company to the list of affected users. Please follow the steps provided by my colleague @RenjolynC to reach out.

 

After contacting our support, you'll get an email about the resolution status whenever available.

 

In the meantime, you can use your standard invoice template to send to your customer.
