Hey there, @Pam.

I'll share with you some basic troubleshooting steps to bring back your memorized reports in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

To start, let's run the Verify Data tool to identify the cause of this behavior.

  1. Click the Window icon, and select Close All.
  2. Choose File, then Utilities
  3. Select Verify Data.

If you see a specific error message, there may already be an article for it. Try searching for it in our QuickBooks Desktop support site for specific instructions.

If you received "Your data has lost integrity," this indicates that there is data damage in the file. Use the Rebuild Data tool to fix the issue.

If you're still getting a similar result, run the repair tool for QuickBooks Desktop for Windows. This can help fix the most common errors in the program.

Additionally, here are some articles that will help you in managing your reports in QuickBooks Desktop:

If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know. I'll be around to help. Stay well.
