I too am very disappointed with Quickbooks but the following steps did work for me.

 

It's possible that the memorized report or the memorized report list is damaged. Let me guide you in re-sorting your memorized reports list to isolate this unexpected behavior. 

  1. From the Reports menu, select Memorized Reports.
  2. Choose Memorized Reports List.
  3. Go to Memorized Reports.
  4. Select Re-sort List.
  5. Click OK when you get the prompt "Are you sure you want to return this list to its original order?"

Once completed, make sure to restart QuickBooks to ensure that all components are updated. Now, you can try accessing your memorized report.
