The option to make a credit card (CC) bank deposit isn't possible in QBO. CC is a liability account that needs to be paid. You can only record a bank deposit if it's an asset account.

- Go to the + New menu and select Pay down credit card.
- Select the credit card you made the payment to.
- Enter the payment amount and the date.
- Select the bank account you paid the credit card with.
- Enter the needed details and click Save and Close.
