Hi there, @Quihgley. I understand that you want to disable the inventory tracking feature in QuickBooks Online. However, the only way to disable it is to make the inventory to 0 and make the items inactive.

 

I suggest passing this feedback to our Product Developers through the QuickBooks Online platform. They will assess it and may include this idea in future product enhancements. To do that, you can go to Settings and select Feedback under the Profile column. This is what it looks like:
