Hi there, @natureandnurture.

Please verify that you've entered the sales price/rate and cost in the Product/Service information page. The sales price is the rate of an item listed to be sold. The cost is the original price of the item. It's the amount paid for making or purchasing the product.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Products and services.
  3. Find the item, then click Edit.
  4. Verify the Sales price/rate and Cost are entered correctly.
  5. Click Save and close.

If it's entered correctly, this can be the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. We can clear them in just a few easy steps.

Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. If your subscription is still active, your data should remain available. Also, make sure to select the correct company. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it's showing the correct rate, I recommend that you clear your browser's cache. By clearing them, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

Fill me in and post about your results after the troubleshooting. It's my priority that you find the success you need.
