Hi there, beiland.

I'll help you in running that report.

Please know that QuickBooks has a built-in report that can show all the purchase orders you've created for each job. I'll show you how to pull it up:

  1. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  2. Go to the Jobs, Time & Mileage section, then choose Open Purchase Orders by Job.
  3. Click the Customize Report button.
  4. In the Display tab, set the appropriate reporting date.
  5. Head to the Filters tab, then select Received from the Filter menu.
  6. Tick the Either radio button, then click OK to complete the process.

With regards to the part number, this option is currently unavailable in the program. I also think that having this type of filter will help you speed up the reporting process. Rest assured, I'll take note of this idea to help improve your QuickBooks experience.

In the meantime, you'll want to consider exporting your customized Open Purchase Orders by Job report to an Excel file. This way, you'll be able to further sort and filter its data.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you have any other concerns or further questions about reports. I'll be more than happy to assist you again.
