I think that this is a problem, not being able to inactivate a group of sub-accounts. I  recently converted to Online. I do not have a business any longer but I continue to use QB for my personal accounts. I switched so that my son who lives 3000 miles away can have access in case something happens to me.

The Intuit people should provide that capability. You are able to that with vendors. It looks like my other option is to look a the main group and create another main group for the ones that have activate. A lot of work. the other option would be to drop Online and go back to Desk Top. Still thinking about this.
