I can share some insights about running an on-hand inventory report.
The information provided by my colleague will let you see the available quantity of your items. If you haven't seen the information you wanted, you can run the item listing and compare it with the Inventory Stock Status by item report.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select the List.
- Choose Item Listing.
In addition, the non-posting transaction will not affect the actual inventory. This could be one of the reasons why you haven't seen it on your end.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support Team. They'll be able to check your account in a secure environment.
