Hi there, 2quiboOrNot2quibo.

It's possible that the owner is set up in Bill Pay is still the old user. If you'd like to continue using the app, you'll need the administrator to transfer the ownership. This allows you to take over the app connection for your company.

  1. Select Apps from the left menu.
  2. Search for bill pay.
  3. Select the app, then select Get App Now.
  4. Review the message prompts and select Connect anyway.
  5. Adjust the settings and make sure the app is now associated with the new user ID.

If you're not using the app anymore, you can disconnect it.

  1. Select Apps and click My Apps, then look for bill pay.
  2. Select the drop-down arrow beside the Action, then select Disconnect.
  3. Complete the short survey.
  4. Click Disconnect.

You might want to contact the Bill Pay Customer Support Team  if the notifications are still sending to an old user.

Let me know if you have other questions. Take care!
