Welcome to the Intuit Community, bhamanx

Yes, it’s possible to print vendor mailing labels in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Let’s first export the Vendor Contact List report to MS Excel. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Reports from the left menu.
  2. In the Search field at the upper right, enter Vendor Contact List.
  3. On the upper right, select Customize, then Rows/Columns.
  4. Select Change columns.
  5. Check the Full Name box and any applicable address information you need, then click Run Report.
  6. Select the Export icon.
  7. Click Export to Excel.

Then, let’s edit the MS Excel file. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Excel file.
  2. Delete all header rows from the spreadsheet. Make sure not to delete the column headings.
  3. Delete any extra leading columns to the left of the Full Name column.
  4. Make sure both Full Name and Billing Address are populated with data for each vendor.
  5. Go to the File tab, then click Save As.

After that, let’s create a mail merge template in MS Word. For detailed instructions, you can check out the Microsoft Office's website.

Once done, you can print it that shows your vendor mailing labels.

For your reference, you can visit this article: Create a Mailing List Using the Contact List Report.

This will get back to your business, bhamanx. Feel free to add a comment below if you have other concerns about QBO. I’ll be more than willing to help. Cheers!
