Hi there, @Chazown Consulting. I'm here to make sure your clients' bank transactions are syncing seamlessly.

Are you getting some sort of error message when trying to connect bank feeds? Make sure to update the program to its latest release version to get the newest features and fixes.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Downloads & Updates page.
2. Click the standard setup link.
   
3. Select the country, product, & version and click the Search button.
4. Click the Get the latest updates link.
   
5. After downloading the updates, navigate to the Downloads folder of your computer. Then, double-click the update file to initiate the installation process.
6. Follow the prompts on the screen to install the updates.
7. Restart your computer after the update is installed successfully.

You can also set up automatic updates to make sure you're getting its latest updates. 

Then, try connecting your bank account again. If the same thing happens, we can run the Verify Rebuild data to fix the error. Here's how:

1. Go to the File menu.
2. Select Utilities.
3. Click Verify Data then select OK to close all windows.
4. Then, go back to the File menu.
5. Select Rebuild Data under Utilities.
6. QuickBooks will ask to make a backup before rebuilding your company file, select OK.
7. Once the rebuild is done, click OK.
