Yes, you’re correct. I have some information with you, @Tkman.


There are features in QuickBooks Online that can only be accessed through web browsers but are unavailable on mobile devices.


You’ll want to add the customer's credit card information using a browser to get this task done. I’ll show you how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account using any browsers except Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to Sales at the left pane.
  3. Click the Customers tab, then locate and select your customer.
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. In the Customer Information window, go to the Payments and billing section.
  6. Select Credit Card from the Preferred payment method drop-down menu.

  7. Enter the needed information and click OK when done.

  8. Press Save.
