This is not the kind of experience that we wanted you to have, Let me help you with your upgrade concern.

 

The experience of having this error happens if there is a damaged memorized report list. We can follow the steps provided by my colleague @IamjuViel.

 

If the issue persists, you can perform the basic troubleshooting by restarting your browser and by doing Clear cache and cookies to fix issues.

 

 I suggest you reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support. Once you are included in reports for the affected users, you'll receive updates about the ongoing investigation.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. ChooseQuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select the Contact Us link.
  4. Provide the  INV-57143 in the question field.
  5. Choose a way to connect to them.
