Same problem here. Spent 30 minutes with tech in chat. Repeated all the steps I had already tried. Still none of my memorized reports work. Now I can't create Budgets based on Class. Also, my 'new' QB is hanging up when I try to create reports. Wondering if I can reload 2018. It's one thing to recreate all the reports - and another when you can't even create the ones you had. Very frustrating.
